I work intuitively and respond to what arises in the session.
Sessions are approximately 1 hour.

THE TRUST AND FREEDOM CHAMBER
A 5-week space for healing, awakening, and transformation.
The theme of this chamber is trust & freedom.
It is a space to deepen your trust in life, yourself, and your body’s ability to heal and guide you.
Your body knows how to heal.
Life is guiding you.
Freedom is what you are.
Whether you are seeking healing, feeling lost or searching for guidance on what to do next from within or beyond.
This space is for you.
You can be at any stage of your journey.
You do not need to know anything.
Come as you are and we will explore whatever you are going through.
We will meet 4 times a week:
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
for 5 weeks
I am in Thailand so the time will be at 20:00 ICT (Bangkok)
Which is:
06:00 PDT (Pacific) / 09:00 EDT (Eastern) / 14:00 BST (UK) / 15:00 CEST (Central Europe) / SAST (South Africa) / 18:30 IST (India) / 21:00 SGT (Singapore) / WITA (Bali) / 23:00 AEST (Sydney)
Sessions will begin with a guided meditation / healing transmission.
I guide the group completely intuitively, connecting to what I feel in the space.
Sometimes I use words.
Sometimes it is silent.
Sometimes I use vocal energy release.
My intention is always to support everyone’s healing as best I can.
After the meditation / transmission, I will work directly with what is coming up for anyone in the group.
You can share what you are going through, ask for help, guidance & support, or simply sit and receive.
I will work with people through energy healing, direct guidance, holding space, emotional release, inquiry, or whatever feels most aligned in the moment.
Each session will depend on the people who are there, what is moving in the chamber, and what is asking to be met.
Session length can vary depending on the energy of each day, but will usually range from 1–2.5 hours.
You do not need to stay for the full time.
You can come for as long as feels right.
You can stay for just the transmission.
You can stay for the group work.
Or you can stay for the whole thing.
Leave when you feel complete.
You do not have to share.
You do not have to explain yourself.
Trust yourself.
Just be willing to meet yourself honestly.
That is enough.
I cannot promise you an outcome, but I feel a deep conviction that this will be a profound space of healing, transformation, and alignment.
